  • Site Visit: Tulip Hospitality reserves the right to conduct a physical site visit before finalizing any partnership agreement.
  • Quality Standards: Partner properties must maintain the quality standards expected by Tulip Hospitality guests, including cleanliness, service, and amenities.
  • Commission Structure: A mutually agreed commission structure will be outlined in the final partnership agreement based on booking types and volumes.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partners agree to collaborate on marketing efforts, including providing high-quality images, timely availability updates, and participating in promotional campaigns.
  • Guest Experience: Partners commit to delivering the genuine care and personal touch that defines Tulip Hospitality, ensuring guests have memorable stays.
  • Termination Policy: Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Tulip Hospitality reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of serious breach of standards.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding commercial terms, guest information, and business strategies.
